Who this notice covers
This notice describes personal information handling connected with Mixecrefizzun and this website. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected]. It does not cover websites you reach through external links or the independent practices of your browser, device or email provider.
The contact draft tool
The contact tool processes your entries in your browser to construct a plain-text draft. It does not submit the form to a server, send email automatically or store a draft in this site’s localStorage. Copying puts the draft on your device’s clipboard. Downloading creates a text file on your device. Those copies remain under your control and may be accessible to other people or applications with access to your device.
Your browser may independently restore form entries or offer autofill. If you are using a shared device, clear the fields, clipboard and downloaded file when appropriate. Closing a tab is not a guarantee that all device-managed copies have been deleted.
Messages you choose to email
If you email us, your message may include your name, email address, message content and standard email metadata. We use that information to respond, consider suggestions, investigate corrections and maintain relevant correspondence. We do not use an editorial enquiry as permission to send marketing messages.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, ordinary correspondence is generally handled for the legitimate interests of responding to enquiries and maintaining the site, subject to your rights. Information may also be retained where necessary to meet a legal obligation or address a legal claim. Please do not send health records, payment details or other sensitive information.
Technical information
Delivering a website requires your browser to communicate with a hosting service. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser details and error records. The site’s supplied JavaScript does not add analytics, advertising trackers or remote form submissions.
Local image files, styles and scripts are requested from the site rather than from external font or image services. Following an external link sends you to that service, whose own privacy notice applies.
Providers, retention and disclosure
Website hosting and email services may process information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell enquiry information. We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, related follow-up or applicable legal requirements; there is no fixed retention promise for every message.
Where a service involves international processing, applicable data-protection requirements and the provider’s arrangements govern that processing. You can contact us with questions about the handling of a specific enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, request portability or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. These rights have conditions and exceptions. Email us with enough detail to identify the information concerned; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
For browser storage and any separately managed consent controls, read Saved Preferences. We may revise this notice when site features or practices change. The notice published here describes the current website.
