Our Refreshment Table

A homemade drink can be a small act of hospitality. We are here to make that act feel easy, generous and full of flavour.

Good drinks, ordinary kitchens

Mixecrefizzun is an independent information website about homemade sparkling drinks and creative alcohol-free flavour mixing. Our focus is practical: fruit you can find, herbs you can recognise and methods you can understand.

You do not need a specialist bar, a machine or an elaborate garnish. A glass, a spoon, fresh ingredients and chilled sparkling water are enough to begin.

What we bring to the table

We explain the reason behind a step, not just the step itself. Why add citrus? Why strain the fruit? Why wait until the last moment to add bubbles? Once those choices make sense, you can adapt a recipe to what is ripe, what is in the refrigerator and what your guests enjoy.

Our style is friendly kitchen editorial: lively about flavour, precise about quantities and careful about safety. Sweetness is adjustable, still water is always a valid alternative and no one needs to justify choosing an alcohol-free drink.

Our boundaries

We do not present herbal drinks as medical treatments or fruit drinks as automatically low in sugar. We do not encourage improvised pressure equipment or uncontrolled fermentation. A recipe cannot override a manufacturer’s instructions, and an ingredient that suits one person may not suit another.

Our guides are general educational material, not individual medical, dietary or equipment advice. We do not claim laboratory testing or certification for these recipes. Read labels, account for allergies and consult the relevant professional when personal circumstances call for it.

Sources and corrections

For machine-specific instructions, we point readers to the manufacturer. For general food-safety guidance, useful starting points include the Food Standards Agency, U.S. Food and Drug Administration and FoodSafety.gov. Follow advice relevant to your location and ingredients.

We welcome clear corrections and thoughtful drink ideas. If something on the site is unclear, send the page name and the passage you mean to [email protected]. Our message preparation tool helps you organise the details without submitting a web form.
